Nick & Liz, Thank you for your business and sharing your feedback, including experiences and frustrations with which I agree on many levels. Specifically, please know that I share in your disappointment regarding the builder, and have directly voiced my frustrations to them on both a local and corporate level. You should also know that your experience was not how I would have liked it… not even close! I am not perfect, nor do I set the expectation that my personality or way of doing things will match everyone’s. As a realtor, my work ethic is such that I will always make every effort to represent, defend and protect my client to the best of my ability. If I have fallen short of this commitment, please accept my apology. That being said, I am so very grateful to have you as my client, and most importantly I am delighted that you love the area that your family now calls home, hopefully for many years to come.
