Dave has extensive experience in many unique walks of life. He began a firefighter career in 2013 at the age of 21 where he was primarily a vehicle operator. In 2020, he was promoted to the rank of Fire Lieutenant where he now oversees a crew of 4 people. From 2013-2020, he served as the local Union Secretary where he learned the art of negotiating, accountability and leading by example. He holds a degree in Fire Science/Emergency Management.
