Here's a little about me. My wife Debbie & I moved to the Outer Banks in 1978. The 158 Bypass Road was only 2 lanes wide and Dare County had two stoplights, one at Whalebone Junction and one on Roanoke Island. We built a house on Roanoke Island, raised two children here and now we have the great gift of Grandkids! We love boating and fishing and just being on the water.
