I have staff that answers my office phone during normal business hours. I'm sorry you felt I rushed you and didn't answer your questions or that in your opinion I was rude. That is never my intention. You called my personal cell phone several times in a row at 11pm. Realtors do not work 24hrs per day and I did spend over 20min on the phone with you at that time-answering your questions-despite never meeting you and you not being a client of mine. I wish you the best in your search for a Realtor that can meet your schedule and can help you with your search for a new home. Unfortunately we are often not available personally when you do call but we return calls when we are not with other clients. Again wishing you the best!

I will just post the same response here as I've put elsewhere in response to your complaints all over the net Jason. I know you're angry you can 't sell your home-but that certainly isn't my fault. But I understand and if you need to focus your anger at me -that's ok. Jason I'm sorry you felt the need to distort and misrepresent facts here. I regret I could not successfully sell your home (which *you* chose to list for $59,900) for the amount you needed to net. You were told when I listed your home that homes superior to yours were selling for no more than $27,000. So far this yr- yours was one of only 3...out of over 160 I've listed that did not sell. I hope someday the market improves enough for you to sell. Best wishes to you and your family.
