Consulted me on buying or selling a home in GA 30305.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsDawn was never on time and after agreeing to work together completely outsourced the work to one of her lackeys. I felt like our concerns were not taken seriously and am not sure where all these 5 star reviews come from.

I have not consulted with a buyer or seller in 30305 in years. This is obviously a fake review. We have past tenants in a property we manage who is disgruntled about having to pay for the damages they left at the house. We can only assume this is where these random 1 star reviews are coming

I do not manage any properties in Druid Hills. We did have a similar circumstance in a property we manage in Brookhaven and are fairly certain these negative reviews from the tenants at that property in an effort to damage our reputation.

Disgruntled tenant who is seeking retribution because they had to pay for floor damages and wall decal removal, among other things. I've been helping landlords and tenants for years with few issues. Many we have helped purchase homes and have become personal friends.
