    I’m stunned by this poor review, as I’ve never received one before. My way of doing business precludes this, & I believe readers of all my reviews will get a clear picture. I regret you think you had a negative experience, especially since you set the price, per the listing agreement. See property history Oct ’18, it was listed w/ different broker at the same price, making me the 2nd realtor to try to sell your property. No one possessed the property prior to owning it, we have proof. The Buyer's Agent placing an Amazon pkg inside during the buyer’s walk thru 3 hrs prior closing is not “moving in”. Your threat to call Sheriffs 3 hrs before closing for an Amazon pkg is bizzare. If you had produced the roofing pprwk so the buyer could get ins (you can't get a loan w/o ins, as explained), the Lender would not have required the extension. I sent extension addendum (for compliance) you refused to sign prior to closing. Yet in spite of all this, I still successfully closed. You’re welcome.
