I am a native of Tacloban City Leyte, Philippine. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Commerce Holy Infant College, Philippine in 1973. I immigrated to the United States in 1976, where I worked in the banking and financing industry for 28 years. Attended Gulf Coast School of Real Estate, where I received my real estate certification. Took real estate exam and became a realtor.
