Hi Anthony. I don't recognize your name, as you aren't a client of mine, but I believe I know the transaction you are referring to. I'm sorry you didn't get the whole truth. Taking away any/all inspection negotiations on a home that's over 100 years old was scary to my first time home buyer. I also worked with that buyer's lender all day, on a Sunday. In the end, the payment was more than the buyer was anticipating at that price point. I work very hard to protect my clients and their wishes. I want them to be well informed and comfortable with the home they are purchasing. It's a very big deal and a huge purchase. It was the buyer's decision to not move forward with the counter offer and had nothing to do with buyer agent compensation.
