I visited South Padre Island for the first time in 1998. I purchased my first slice of Island paradise in 2004 and have been an owner of both rental and residential property.
After a variety of careers (musician, educator of gifted & talented students, librarian, technology specialist), I obtained my real estate license in 2013 and moved to SPI as a full-time resident.
