I do my utmost best to keep my clients happy, however, there are things I can do and things I am not allowed to do. You made it slow, sloppy, and disconnected when you demanded that we complete unlawful tasks on your behalf. I apologize that I do not have the ability/authority to complete a probate process on someone else's behalf. That would be unlawful and that is not my something I am able to do!
