I'm so disappointed that you are leaving this review...the above story you told is quite far from the truth! Yes you ended up purchasing the home sight unseen (never my recommendation) and yes I did go and shoot a video to show you the home. I did not know that behind the couch was not painted and purposely avoided it! I did express that the interior of the home needed to be painted - I was totally honest about that! I also expressed that the Seller was a bachelor with a large dog and he wasn't the most tidy of Sellers. I explained that it was a great house with great bones but it needed some cosmetic work to make it beautiful again. After the Seller moved out (before closing) I went above and beyond and had my assistant (who works for a cleaning company too), go there and clean the house because I wasn't satisfied with the way the Seller left it. She spent a whole day there cleaning (on my dime). To say it was absolutely disgusting is a total exaggeration and quite far from the truth! You were also given a $500 credit from the Seller (which you agreed to) to fix the leaking tub that you mentioned above. I work VERY HARD in my real estate career and pleasing my Clients is my top priority (which is why Citrus Realty employees personally cleaned this house). You got a great deal on this beautiful home and after interior painting and very minor repairs, you could easily sell it for $25K more than you paid! I wish you the best and hope you see that when you do arrive in Florida and you reconsider your words and remove this review!
