I would like to address your review since we have not spoken, and you are not familiar with how I work with clients. Firstly, it is always my clients' decisions. I provide them with as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision. For my buyers, we review the entire buying process during our initial consultation, including agent compensation methods. Regarding your home sale, I used public records, incorporated improvements, and created multiple offer approaches with my clients and lender to provide rough estimates. My clients decided not to increase their offer based on market conditions, other available properties, and sellers willing to work with them. They also felt uncomfortable and finalized their decision when you contacted them directly after looking up their information. If you have questions or would like to discuss my business methods, I am available for an in-person conversation.
