Regarding the review, I don't "demand absolute punctuality" but I did request that client's agent be punctual, which I was unfortunately unable to do because of mechanical issues which rendered my vehicle inoperable. My opinion about your comment is that it is irresponsible. Stating that notice of my tardiness was not given or that an apology was not offered are both false. I communicated with the agent about both. Please discuss with your agent. The statement that I insist communication be done only via email is also false and considering the complainant was in fact represented by an agent with whom the complainant should have communicated, leads me to state that the individual is speaking about a matter about which he has no knowledge. Again, please discuss with your agent. Also, arriving in a different vehicle has nothing to do with, "multitasking another job and blatantly neglecting... responsibilities" but what I can state is that if it were not for the vehicle mentioned I would not have arrived at all due to mechanical issues with my regular vehicle. My opinion about your comment is that it is irresponsible. Regardless, the conversation I had with the other party in the group was delightful as we knew each other from years past and were able to chat about individuals we both knew. I don't understand what prompted the exaggerations and emotionally charged words were used, but I guess it has to do with the genuinely uplifting conversation I had with the other individual in your party or with the fact that your lowball offer, which was sent to me instead of the agent, was received after we extended a lease to a different candidate. Finally, my experience in the Porter Ranch area extends over 2 decades and hundreds of transactions. I respond quickly to professional communication, complements issued to me by the scores, so I can't understand the one star reviews. I figure I just have to chalk that up to my comment immediately above. Good luck to you and your partner. In the future, please note that negotiations and communication should be done via your own agent.

I don't usually request recommendations, but I appreciate it when clients recognize my conscientious efforts to represent properties competently and my consideration of clients' time by being punctual for appointments.
