This is way out of line! Yes appointment was made, but NOT verified by myself, as Listing agent did not respond to me regarding gaining access to condo1 Listing agent did finally contact me, apologizing for not getting back to me as he was with family celebrating Christmas holiday, as well he gave me access info an hour before scheduled appointment I called buyer, explained situation, agreed to meet with him as soon as I could get there, within 2 hours.. Client was not there when I arrived! Client had very little patience and heard only what he wanted. I felt bad that he traveled the distance he did, but if he had listened we wouldn't have had a problem.

This client throughout was extremely difficult to deal with. I repeatedly set up appointments to meet with her to which she never responded to! Yes, I explained my real estate history to her as I was able to detect a very mistrustful individual, who if she perceived that you crossed her would do everything she could to get back at me, which evidently she did with this scalding review

Client has MS which I later found out has acute emotional complications. Review was way off base! There were minor issues like house being a mess for pictures, house being at isolated far away location, and was told by her not to find new home until current home was sold. Client appeared to be mentally stable, even very sweet, ergo you can;t imagine how surprised and shocked I was at her aberrant behavior, how she tore into me!
