As part of my process—and in line with industry best practices—I schedule an initial in-person or virtual consultation to better understand each client’s goals, discuss current market conditions, and review important updates such as the Buyer Agency agreement. This step helps ensure that any home tours are focused, productive, and tailored specifically to what you’re looking for. It’s disappointing to receive this feedback, especially since we never had the opportunity to tour homes together.
