    I’m sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. As the listing agent, I was representing the seller in this transaction and, in accordance with professional standards, communicated directly with your buyer’s agent throughout the process. This is the appropriate and ethical channel to ensure all parties are properly represented. The home being purchased was a bank owned home and there was a title issue with the property that needed to be resolved before the sale could proceed. Unfortunately, that situation was outside of my control, but I worked diligently with the seller and title company to help ensure a resolution so the sale could move forward. I understand that real estate transactions can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise. I genuinely regret that this experience left you feeling unheard. I always strive to handle every transaction with professionalism, transparency.
