To be accurate, Owners determine the rent not the property managers. Also you were charged for carpet cleaning which was in your contract and for oven cleaning which had heavy foam sprayed and dried ir baked on it - took cleaning lady 3 hours to clean it properly but still only charged you 75.00 for it. Also the garage had mildew not mold according to a licensed professional who tested it and had it been reported by you when it had first occurred, would have been taken care of , as with all repairs, immediately. We pride ourselves in being fair with security deposits so its disappointing you don't agree with the 2 deductions.
