Thank you for the feedback. It helps me better understand you and the issues from that showing. To address my being late, I did account for a tunnel back up, but not a 30 min one, putting me five minutes behind instead of early as intended. I did very much care about the door. It was jammed. My priority was giving you your free time back. I am sorry if it seemed flippant. I did come back to repair and lock it. Finally, the criticism that I am not knowledgeable isn’t valid. I have been with an incredible team for several years, and am a native of Hampton Roads. I answered your questions about the local school system using a trusted resource. I understand that you don't trust that resource and would rather use your own research. That doesn't make me any less knowledgeable, simply willing to work with you however you are most comfortable. I wish you good luck in finding a more compatible agent, and in finding your dream home.
