Please know that the issue with the expired roof permit was an unforeseen issue that was not disclosed to me in advance despite my efforts to ensure all relevant information was made available. Throughout the process, I remained fully engaged and responsive in trying to resolve the situation. I worked diligently to help get the deal to the closing table, including securing a seller credit to help recover the original rate lock. I understand how disappointing it is to invest time and money into a transaction that ultimately doesn’t close, and I genuinely empathize with your frustration. My goal is always to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all parties involved.
