Your feedback is incredibly valuable to me, not just professionally but also because it directly affects my livelihood and my ability to provide for my family. In the course of the real estate business, we often have to manage many customer changing schedules, late arrivals, overrunning appointments, and still do our best to accommodate the next customer. Unexpectedly, I was delayed due to a prior commitment with a client who was late by 2 hours coming from out of town, which was then compounded by the heavy traffic from Nassau County to Brooklyn to meet with you. On the way from my prior appointment I text you and spoke to your husband to cancel due to the extensive delay. My apologies for an inconvenience that may have been caused by a string of prior late running appointments and travel. I do not block customer phone numbers, however, sometimes when multiple calls are going to/from a phone at the same time, my understanding is any 3rd call may be directed to voicemail by the phone service provider. This may appear to the caller as if they were block, but I assure you is not the case. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused. I am happy to work with you and accommodate your schedule as best I can as I do with all customers. Thank you and I am looking forward to speaking further.
