Thanks for the feedback, as I mentioned, unfortunately there are a large amount of messages I receive for multiple properties. It can be difficult at times, when they are not direct messages and they are just applications that go into Zillow. When you messaged me 4 days later, I responded immediately. Zillow applications are portable, or reusable, because the renter only has to pay once but can submit an application to an unlimited number of participating landlords within a 30-day period. Credit and background check information is pulled once during the 30 day period. I’m sorry for the confusion, it looks like you can continue to apply without paying for 30 days.
