One of main goal is to sell each home in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money while trying my best to accommodate both the seller needs and the potential buyers requests. This home was listed for $409,900 and we received a signed purchase agreement 8 days later for $419,000. During those days this home had 16 showings and 2 open houses. I understand this can be a lot while working from home but I was very pleased that we only had to show your home for 8 days and you successfully closed 52 days later. I apologize that you didn't feel that this was a good process but I'm happy that it did ultimately produced excellent results.
