As a leasing broker my job is to market the apartment and find a responsible tenant. Due to the toxic environment you created for the other residents, the owner was forced to evict you after seven months. Also, I would like to point out that I am NOT a property manager; therefore, any issues you had with the house were between you and the owner of the property. It was made clear that any form of communication after the lease signing was to occur between you and the owner. At the initial showing, I explained in detail to you, for over an hour, the parking and laundry situation. Your review of me is nothing more than an attempt to smear my reputation. I stand by the other dozen five star reviews that I have generated between this profile and http://www.trulia.com/profile/eric-kopf-real-estate-pro-wakefield-ri-667423?helper_info= as well as the reputation that I have cultivated over the decade that I have been selling real estate.
