I strive to ensure all information is correct and promptly address any errors when they're brought to my attention. Throughout the listing period, I provided weekly email updates with feedback from showings, information on new listings in your area, and suggestions on pricing to keep you informed about market conditions. I understand now that you may have preferred more personalized communication, such as phone calls, and I regret not recognizing that preference earlier. I'm glad we were able to provide services such as professional photography, a video tour, listings on the two largest MLS platforms in the state, a showing service, and a seller's home warranty during the listing period. At your request, I also held an open house to increase exposure for your property. When nearby units went on the market at lower prices, I advised a price adjustment to stay competitive, which ultimately helped in selling your home.
