I’m sorry your experience was not what you expected. It’s understandable for buyers to be frustrated when their offer is not accepted, especially when the market is extremely competitive. I received more than 20 offers on this property and I was the listing agent but agreed to assist you with your offer on this particular home only. Unfortunately when this happens, the highest and best offer is accepted without the Seller making counter offers to other less attractive offers. In this case, my only response to those buyers whose offers were rejected is to thank them for their offer and to regretfully let them know that another has been accepted. Again, I’m sorry that this was not a favorable outcome for you. Thank you for your feedback and best wishes in your future offers!
