Erika Peralta was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and her and her family immigrated to Honolulu in '93. One of her family's biggest success stories was finally owning their first home under her grandfather's name after a decade of renting, and witnessing their happiness inspired her to help others achieve that very same dream.
