Hi Jeff, While I understand the stress that can come with selling a home, I want to correct the inaccuracies in your review especially given that we've never worked together directly on any transaction. As I mentioned during our phone call following the showing, the dog you referenced was an emotional support animal accompanying the buyer, who remained fully under control throughout the showing. I acknowledge that I did not request specific permission ahead of time and I understand if that was frustrating but it’s also important to recognize that this was not a pet brought in casually, but part of the buyer’s accessibility needs. As for the lights, I intentionally left them on as a courtesy in case there were other showings scheduled after ours which is a common professional courtesy. No harm or disrespect was intended. I operate with integrity and I always aim to treat homes and people with respect. Wishing you the best in your sale.
