Chase, unfortunately, I was not aware of any of this because I represented you as a buyer. What the seller did after closing and during the process, has nothing to do with me. I got you the documents in a timely manner and it was the sellers who did not act on the documents. When you were out of town, you were in option period and it is very critical as a home buyer to get the steps completed before the option period ends. Im sorry, you had a bad experience but from texts and phone calls from me to you and you to me, there was none of this mentioned.
