Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that parts of your experience fell short of your expectations. I take all client concerns seriously and strive to learn from each situation. That said, I do feel it’s important to provide some context. Securing approval for your purchase was a significant challenge, as the new community initially rejected your application. I advocated strongly on your behalf and was only able to get you approved after your sale was already in contract—limiting our final search timeline considerably. However, in the months prior, I showed you multiple properties on multiple occasions across a wide area, from Rohnert Park to Windsor, and successfully negotiated a purchase below asking price in a very competitive market. As for the home improvements and moving coordination, I’m sorry those vendors didn’t meet your standards. While I recommended vendors to assist with your transition, they operate independently, and I encourage all clients to oversee and approve the work directly. I do regret that the scheduling issues and damage during the move caused stress and frustration. I would never want a client to feel “left in a lurch,” and I sincerely apologize if that was your experience.
