We are a husband and wife team. My husband shows most of the houses. If someone is going to buy a house they should have a pre approval letter if seeking financing so the buyer knows what type of houses to look for. If someone seriously is looking to buy a house both husband and wife should be at the showings as they will be required to go to the bank also. We have been in real estate over 38 years and have sold millions of dollars of real estate. Serious buyers appreciate our services. We aim to please.
