My next appointment for the same apartment came about 15 min earlier and therefore we ended up seeing the same apartment at the same time. I chose to show the place to everyone at the same time. I shared all the tenant's responsibilities and what the landlord expected from the chosen tenants. I let everyone tour the apartment and stayed to explain any questions anyone had about it. I answered every question to the best of my knowledge and I advocated on behalf these tenants to the landlord. They even took me aside to request we make a deal privately about giving the apartment to them. That was not my decision to make and I did explain this to them on that day. Unfortunately, they were rejected by the landlord and now I am getting repeated and multiple unfavorable reviews from this individual by posting with different email addresses that can be characterized as harassment. This person was never my client and we had a total interaction time of about 10-15 min tops. I stand by my 20 years of professional reputation in the business and the many positive reviews I have received to this day.
