    Ms Walsh, I'm sorry you feel this way but I did convey to your agent the home had been moved in from another location before you made your offer. I'm sorry that was not conveyed to you or your lender. Also the seller was the one who did not want to release your earnest money even though I asked them to sign the release. I cannot force a seller or buyer to sign any document against their will. Also the lender was not a predatory lender. The type of loan was a higher risk loan for any lender, therefore the interest rate is higher for a "twice moved manufactured home". I sincerely hope you accept my explanation and apology.
