I'm sorry that you feel this way Padmaja Sharma. The only truth to this review is that I got a 5 star on Negotiation skills. In all of my 80 reviews you are the only 1 negative one. We looked for a couple of homes before we bought this one and you let me know that they all did not work for you because you wanted a deal. When we found this home I told you it was not a good home because it required work to it. You wanted to move forward because it was a deal. I negotiated an offer $180,000 below the original list price of $1,250,000 and I got you a property contingency with that which is not common on cash offers. During the property contingency you can bring in your own people to take a look at the property to figure the scope and price of the work. You then signed the form to release your contingency.
