Thanks for your feedback. I enjoyed working with you & was surprised you felt there was a problem with communication. I sincerely apologize & appreciate your constructive feedback. I felt my team exceeded expectations in pre-marketing & staging your home. We received an offer for full price the first day on the market. I didn't recommend you counter with a higher price because of appraisal. When we first met & discussed your expectations, the purchase price you mentioned was significantly lower than the price you received. The inspection turned up some typical things and uncovered a higher than desired level of radon gas. Maybe this was where you felt I didn't negotiate well for you. An open line of communication might have avoided you feeling that "you pretty much agreed to the buyer's demands". My goal is to maximize your price & to minimize risk & expense to you, and this can feel that you are giving more than you are getting. Wishing you much happiness!
