To set the record straight, I never represented the Jacksons. They were selling their home on their own. My Client who I represented as a Buyer's Agent was interested, I scheduled a showing for her and she submitted an offer. I negotiated an agreement $15,000 below their asking price. My Buyer had an inspection done and found a number of issues and decided not to buy the home. Those are the facts, my Client's best interests are always my priority.
