From the moment I met this couple, they had a lot of questions I answered, and I didn’t mind thoroughly explaining the entire process every step of the way! I saved them Thousands of dollars, by negotiating with the listing agent, for them! The seller even allowed them to move in a few days before, which they did. Realtors don’t ever have a memorized history of any house in the MLS databases! We use the documents provided to us to give factual information about the houses by the sellers and listing agents. Also, at closing, they weren’t provided keys to the house because the house has a combination keypad! This negative review is completely inaccurate! Please read my other reviews, and know and trust, I will always take care of my clients, the best I can. I’m just sorry to even have to defend myself in response to such a horrible review.
