    I really didn't want to leave a review, but I believe it's necessary so the next First Time Homeowner does not get stuck with a realtor like this as I did. Frizz is a decent person, but not a good realtor for First Time Buyers. She did not negotiate ...

    Thank you for your review. As a licensed realtor, I negotiated the price for your new home purchase with another realtor. The property was listed for less than 30 days in a highly desirable area, some things that you wanted were not possible. You were in full control of your options and the right to cancel the contract, which is stated in documents that you signed at the beginning of this process. I suggest that 1st time home buyer attend class to understand process. Sorry, I have no control over your financing selections, FHA inspection, this date was set between yourself and your lending institution, which neither you nor I was able to attend. Far as closing the title company must be open to proceed along with all documents must be present. Thank you again for your business and please enjoy your new home.
