I appreciate the feedback. I represented the seller. I did follow up via email and never heard back. The asking price on this property was $579,900 and we entertained 12 offers, finally selling the property for $600,000. In this case, I could not advise them as I did not represent them. I am always glad to assist buyers in their searches and purchases when they decide to choose me as their buyer's agent.
