For some reason, Charlie keeps thinking I own the house and not wanting to take care of the issues. The property was occupied by the same family for over 10 years and they did not seem to have a problem. I have informed the owners with all the issues that came up and that is as much as I could do. As of now, owners are being cooperative and taking care of the problems. Hopefully, Charlie and his family will enjoy the place after all items are repaired.
