    I respectfully disagree with this review as it is not an accurate representation of the transaction. The property was properly marketed and all material facts were disclosed in the MLS, including that the solar panels were financed. This was discussed prior to the offer being accepted, and my team and I provided full cooperation throughout the process, including sharing documentation such as previous solar contract, energy bills and guidance on the loan assumption process. Regarding the inspection items, inspections are designed to identify potential repairs and are part of the due diligence period for buyers to make informed decisions. My responsibility as the listing agent was to disclose all known facts and facilitate communication, which I did. I take pride in conducting my business with professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness, and I regret that this transaction did not proceed to closing. However, my duty is always to represent my client’s best interests while ensuring fairness and clarity for all parties involved.
