I cannot force nor coerce any landlord or management company to accept a tenant regardless on how stellar their file may be. I also don't control the price at which apartments are set either. I expressed to you the information I was given, which I never guaranteed to you because I don't have the authority to do so. Even though you are upset, I would still appreciate representing my service accurately. I always responded to calls and messages(email or text) in a timely manner. The average response time for each text message was 7.56 minutes, which was over a sample size of 25 text messages. Also the price that was originally estimated would be about $1500, the final price quoted to you was $1600, that is literally $100... not a "few hundred" as you stated.
