Sir, Our records shows that you were a happy tenant at one of our properties for 12 months of your lease period. Records shows that you requested for a month to month extension of the lease , which was denied by the Landlord due to other plans they had for that property. Lease is a mutual agreement between tenant and landlord. It is true that you had to move out against your interest/wish to continue at that property. Sorry for the inconvenience if any you had at that time of move out, due to our fair decision for the best interest of both landlord and tenant - our clients. We never had any issue for continuing your month to month lease, but both parties should agree, right? You moved out after overstaying your 12 months lease, correct? After enjoying benefit of overstay, why are you coming with baseless allegations/false stories after several months of your move out? We request you to withdraw the baseless unfounded allegations/comments, which you are now raising after moving out of the property almost a year back. Unfortunately this is a personal attack now, against Zillow guidelines. We request Zillow to investigate the facts with all parties (tenant, landlord, property manager) involved, before allowing to post such baseless allegations in your reputed website, and remove/update the content accordingly. If we do the business, the way you allege, no one will come forward and review us as best in Triangle area. You can take a look at our track record. This is not a company that is founded yesterday, we have the presence in Triangle area since 2006, and several years of reputed service and 100s of highly satisfied customers.
