I apologize for the shortcomings in your experience. You initially contacted me after viewing the property with another agent. I did not wish to bypass your original agent, who had already established a procuring cause. The property had a plumbing leak, necessitating the involvement of the water department and a plumber to shut off the main water supply. During this process, part of the subfloor was removed to ensure all plumbing was properly turned off. This issue was disclosed in the MLS. I apologize for the damage to the floor, but my primary concern was addressing the leak. Subsequently, you had another agent draft an offer with cash terms, which, in reality, was a hard money loan. This discrepancy displeased the seller. Despite the seller's desire for a mutual release due to the nature of the offer, I advocated for your deal to proceed. The closing process took additional time and coordination with the loan officer and the title company. However, I maintained communication with you and ensured the property closed successfully. Thank you for your constructive criticism.
