Well…well…well. Aloha Mindy, I hope you are doing well. You must have seen me on HGTVs Hawaii Life. Yes, I am still selling real estate. I really appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to write another review. I do, however, want to get some facts correct. I remember you and your ex-husband coming into my office in 2005 like it was yesterday. I asked if you would be putting the contract in both of you names and Dave emphatically said, "just his name." I asked for proof of funds as it was a cash transaction. The bank account, used for proof of funds, had only your ex-husbands name on it. Dave and I proceeded over the years to do several transactions. Dave was so happy with my services that he wrote a glowing review. See the Zillow review from davep11. I did have one question, why would you refer me to your brother if I was such a bad Realtor? Your brother proceeded to do 2 transactions with me and I managed his rental for him. Oh, and by the way, he wrote a nice for review for me on Zillow at barnes dean. I really hope you have an amazing day and wish you all of the luck in the world. Sincere Aloha, Dev
