A review like this warrants a response. It is a bold lie. The fact of the matter is , we did the walk thru with the previous tenant that had the house professionally cleaned. (Documented ) It was at that time turn key ready to turn over to the new tenant. As customary with professionals in this industry, we have assistants that handle the minutia operations. So to say I handed off that responsibility is not a valid point. This is part of my assistant/property managers many duties. After our walk thru with the previous tenant, the owner decided she wanted to come do some repairs, touch ups that were needed. Unbeknownst to us she stayed in the home, allowed various trades to enter the home and do work. Since we only secured the tenant and are not handling the property management, the tenant had instructions to deal with the owner direct from rental/occupancy on. I got a phone call on a Saturday stating the tenants are not happy with the condition of the home, stating it was dirty. The owner called me and I had no knowledge of why there was a problem. I assured her we would get it taken care of. We got a cleaning crew out right away. Problem solved. I advised the owner that we had to have a majority of the home re cleaned. There were open wine bottles, bugs from the food left on the counters in the fridge as well as showers had been used and dirty...on the previous turn key unit. The owner is angry because I charged her for the cleaning fee. Had this been a deficiency on our end we would have 100% absorbed that cost. FACT of the matter is, the owner was responsible for the unit needing a cleaning. This is in no way a reflection of us or our business. I have hundreds of very satisfied clients and pride myself on professionalism. I cannot engage with a person that has a delusional version of events. We wish her well.
