Hi Wendy - I hope you seek out and find the help you need. I have given you an itemized receipt 3 times. That receipt was for hauling, painting & gardening of your home that was filled with garbage, dog feces, rotting food and more. I have never seen a home so filthy - but my crew and I came in, cleaned, hauled, painted and prepped for you because it was clear you needed help. You approved all of the expenses - I have the text messages to prove it. I will be happy to send you another one - it will be the same as the last three. You paid the invoice in January of 2024 and thanked me for the work done on your house. In May of 2024 you sent me the following text message: "Hi Heidi, I hope all is well with you. I decided to move back to my Piedmont home at the end of the current lease. I'm sure I'll need your help again at some point. I think you are the best agent I've ever had. Take care and thank you for all your help. Wendy" When your daughter stopped talking to you I became the object of your anger and obsession. I was forced to file a police report R24024944 due to the weird, stalking and bizarre behavior and accusations well after our professional relationship and our contract ended. I purchased items for you to help you move back in. I offered the services of my mover and handyman. And, as the text messages and photos show, you became obsessed with anger and threats that actually frighten me to this day. I have been advised by to Police Department to block your phone number, which I have done. I will mail you a copy of the receipt for the 4th time. Please stop harassing me.
