Shelly- Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the way that foreclosures sometimes work out. I completely understand what a frustrating process that it can be. The foreclosure company that was handling this property told us to put up the sign when we did and unfortunately the paperwork took longer than expected. The "active agent" that you contacted was actually the previous listing agent that lost the property with the foreclosure company. Hope that you are happy with the new house and I am sorry that I did not communicate with you better letting you know how the foreclosure company does them. It was our first time working with that specific company so we weren't really familiar with their process either.
