Hello Mrs. Garcia, I am sorry David did not share with you that we had a big family emergency at that. time. My only niece, from my only sibling, took a fall from her loft apartment in the Netherlands and broke her neck. I was out of the country to visit her, and yes, David was also assisting you with a lot of things, such as showing you the homes on my behalf. However, I am the lead Realtor with twenty years of experience for my team. While I am a top producer, I have never discriminated on price ranges and budgets. When you were looking, you missed a few opportunities on the homes you wanted because sometimes you have to follow the advice on making offers quickly and over the asking price to win the negotiations. I apologize after the trauma of that emergency and a few others since then, I do not remember exactly your particulars, but I am glad we were able to successfully close on a home you hopefully are still loving.
