These clients purchased first in 12/11; then contracted to sell the house they were leaving 2-3 months later. They were a joy to work with and I am sad to think that I will not see them or talk to them as often as I did during the time it took to find them a house they wanted. Indeed, they were no more picky than anyone else would be when trying to find their forever home.
