Sadly, we occasionally encounter home sellers whose expectations and demands are challenging to satisfy. Zac's property went under contract for full price within days of being listed. It was not easy to get him to closing, but we did, and he successfully closed on his home. The agent who worked with Zac was asked to leave our company after this transaction.
